Immigration Bonds

For individuals held in immigration detention โ€” coordinated with the facility.

An immigration bond allows someone held in ICE custody to be released while their immigration case proceeds. These are handled differently from criminal bonds and are set by the Department of Homeland Security or an immigration judge.

Immigration bonds come in two main forms: delivery bonds, which require the person to attend all immigration hearings, and order of supervision bonds. These cases are sensitive and time-critical โ€” our senior agents coordinate directly with the detention facility.
